Storyboard. The beginning.

Fish is upset because other fish friend has died and he is now all alone (aww)

His dead fish friend in the bag, he's really upset because he can see him dead.

He starts crying, and crying, and crying some more until eventually...

He cries his self to death.

But then a strange thing starts to happen, a bubble begins to form around the dead fish.

He starts to rise out of his bowl into the air in the bubble.

Then out of the open window into the outside world.

The bubble rises the dead fish more and more, until into the clouds.

Then the bubble POPS! And his eyes open with suprise.

Right there in front of him his dead fish friend is alive again. with a halo on his head.

Little does he know, he has a halo too, yayyy.

There so happy to be little fishy friends again and, fin in fin, set off into the sunset together. 

Rayograms

In the darkroom we learn't how to do rayo-grams with an enlarger, photo paper and all the developer and mixer and stop bath after, It's really simple, as all it involves doing is placing objects on to an unexposed piece of photo paper of which would block out light in an interesting way then exposing it for however many seconds you need to and then developing the paper, I intend to more of these soon.

This is clever.

Stop Animation; some research.

I thought this was so creative, I want to look at things that are absolute nonsense, because that's the kind of idea i'm wanting to go for.

Radiohead

This is quite a well known band, Although the music isn't very similar to what I have been given I did like watching the sort of surreal animation video for it, Since surreal is what I have in mind when i listen to "music is maths" I thought this animation video could possibly relate.

Salad fingers

I've come across this video before this project and I thought it would fit in well with my blog. The video reminds me very much of the music chosen, and the entire thing has an un-easy feel like i think the music been given has, and also it's animated which adds to this, the detail isn't too much and this particular on character has become quite known on youtube. Mainly for the strangeness of the episodes though.

Characters.

In a workshop we were asked to design some characters quickly
here's what i came up with quickly, there is more to be added to this what was done in the workshop such as a short storyboard.

Just whilst listening to this song on repeat for a while I jotted down everything that popped into my mind.

Music is Maths-Boards Of Canada.

Here is the track for the group i'm in, It's called "music is maths" By boards of canada. On my spider gram I have already noted that this song reminds me of outer space, and after thinking this I searched for the video which seems to have satellites in it. I looked at a couple of other music piece's by these people, the kind of music they produce give's me quite an uneasy feeling. As this one does. And the video's do the same.
